celebrating all things fermented and funky

Most people don't realise it but fermentation is everywhere, especially here in Asia. There's beers, coffee, chocolates, kombucha, cheese and more. Come join in this celebration as we showcase a variety of local and imported fermented goods and get involved in our interactive workshops led by industry experts. Sip on beers, ciders, wines, meads and kombucha at the Temple Cellars Pop Up Bar and sample a selection of home brews. Fill your bellies with goodies from food stalls, coffee cart and more. 

We've also got 3 DJs - Disko Kosmik (BEL), Andrew M (The Fever, AUS) and MyHero (aka Jordan Bates) lined up to drop some beats from 2PM onwards. 

Admission is free. Kids and furry friends are welcome.

There is basement parking at UE Square, or street parking along Robertson Walk and Mohamed Sultan Road.

Our Community Partners

We are delighted to be hosting 2 competitions with our Community Partners - Singapore Homebrew Club and SG Fermentation Friends. The inaugural Asia Kombucha Brew-Off and 2nd edition of the Great Singapore Brew-Off both aim to raise the awareness and proficiency of brewing kombucha and beer respectively, as well as to recognise the skills and talent needed to make a good brew.
